A Tennessee lawmaker and a Connecticut faculty union
are questioning a housing deal between incoming UT President

Dr. Petersen by a 14-9 vote over Utah State University President
Kermit Hall. Gov. Phil Bredesen, chairman of the board of trustees,

up for substitute teachers in 1995, so I decided to keep my
