CACHE DRUG BUST
Eight people, including some Utah State University students,
were arrested by drug task force authorities after $12,000 in
illicit drugs were found at a Logan residence. The drugs, which
included 2 pounds of high-grade marijuana, hashish and mushrooms,
were found Monday by members of the Cache/Rich Drug Task Force
executing a search warrant, said Capt. Greg Ridler, task force

USU STUDENTS BUSTED
FOR DRUGS
Eight Utah State University students were arrested Monday evening
when police searched a Logan home and found more than $12,000
in illegal drugs. Detective Justin Peterson said the drug task
force seized almost two pounds of marijuana, illegal mushrooms
and hashish with a street value of more than $12,000. About
$2,700 in cash was also seized. One suspect was arrested on
a string of felony charges, while seven others were given misdemeanor
