NOT A PRIORITY IN USU POLICY ON BUDGET
Ships are safest in harbor, but that is not what ships are
for, say top officials at Utah State University. This phrase,
referring to plans for the road ahead at USU, describes new
methods prescribed by officials to balance the academic institution’s
budget in the immediate and distant future, meanwhile increasing

media on Tuesday, which administrators are calling the “budgetary
white paper.” (Herald Journal, 03/26/03)

about racial tensions in Brooklyn, “Do the Right Thing”
(1989), firmly established his reputation as a filmmaker. (Herald
Journal, 03/26/03)
